Thesis
The goal with CARS is to develop an API that will allow recovery on software and websites with data entry to recover on the loss of a web browser or system crash and not lose information entered. CARS can be applied to hardware power failure practices as well.

Practice
Persistent connection to server. Small bytes of data transfer with current state of webbrowser.
Web browser plugin to transfer data to sites supporting CARS.

Application
Registration forms, data entry websites.

Current State
CARS is currently being used in home automation systems with Pulizzi integration. This allows for a full system recovery and power up sequences using Pulizzi controllers and programmed techniques.
